I’m Hilary, the owner and operator of Bee Active Fitness. I am a certified personal trainer with a B.S. in Kinesiology, fitness coach, and your designated hype gal.
My approach to fitness is centered around the fact that it is not one-size-fits-all. You have your own unique strengths, interests, challenges - and your fitness journey ought to reflect that. Fitness can be fun, can be challenging, and will be rewarding.

Working with individuals with special needs to gain strength and confidence for life’s everyday (and unexpected) movements.
In-home training with individuals who are seeking to improve overall strength.
Hosting virtual live workouts via Zoom.
Creating programming for individuals seeking guidance in their own independent workouts.
I’ll help you create a fitness program that focuses on functional movement, patterns that are applicable in your daily life, and incorporating movements that bring you joy. Be strong for everyday like and have fun while doing it.
